Mentor to new entry-level Patient Services Representatives; ensure the integrity of clinic data and patient information; answer telephones, take concise messages, scan and index information into the medical record; handle requests for medical records and basic scheduling; adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
