Job Summary
Patient Services Representative serving as the primary contact for patients calling with medical concerns, administrative requests, and scheduling in a fast-paced call-center environment. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls for multiple Primary Care practices, redirecting to Specialty Departments as needed, scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments, assisting with prescription refills and referrals, providing general practice information, and upholding a high-quality patient experience with first-call resolution.

- Proficiency with Windows-based applications

- On-site, in-person training required (3-4 weeks)
