Job Summary

Patient Services Operations Specialist to support the Patient Services team, drive operational excellence across patient support, technology enablement, reporting, and program execution. Individual will coordinate workflows, support Salesforce implementation and migration, assist with onboarding and training, monitor operational data via Tableau/Salesforce, prepare routine reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Clinical Adherence, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle Management, Technology, and Client Services to improve patient access and the overall patient experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills required; must have CRM/healthcare operations experience and be capable of translating patient needs into operational requirements while ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in patient services, patient access, reimbursement support, specialty pharmacy, hub services, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, or similar patient services platforms experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience with CRM or case management platforms; Salesforce Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; reporting experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear reports and process documentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities; attention to data accuracy and process quality.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementation, CRM migration, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Experience in life sciences, specialty therapies, medical benefit reimbursement, or complex access models preferred.
