Job Summary
Lead and develop the front-office staff while overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional patient experience and efficient practice performance. Create staff schedules, manage patient flow, and resolve service concerns. Coordinate end-of-day responsibilities, cash handling, deposits, and insurance filing to maintain financial accountability. Monitor key performance indicators and uphold operational standards in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements. Support clinical operations as needed, including chart preparation and patient testing. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to drive practice growth and maintain a positive, patient-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable attendance
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Experience in healthcare, optometry, ophthalmology, or medical office operations
