Patient Services Manager

Manage patient food service activities and lead staff to ensure meals are properly prepared and delivered while conducting rounds on patients and departments. Oversee the diet office and service ambassador program, record safety and sanitation compliance, and supervise tray line and room service operations. Develop healthy menu implementation plans by interpreting government-mandated nutritional standards and execute dining solutions meeting patient needs. Assist with financial statements, deliver targets, and educate teams on inventory trends to improve margins. Maintain a safe environment for clients and employees by complying with all applicable policies and regulations.
