Job Summary
Office-based Patient Services Inbound Representative in Malvern, PA. You will be the first point of contact for patients using ECG Solutions' heart monitors, delivering patient-focused support via phone or chat, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, providing technical assistance and device activation, and documenting interactions for clear follow-up. You will join a team-oriented Patient Services department, with initial 7-week training (9:00am–5:30pm EST, weekdays) under Educator mentorship, followed by a 4-week ramp-up (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00am–5:30pm EST, with holiday rotations). The role requires in-person presence at the office at least, with 3 days on-site per week; strong communication, troubleshooting, and empathy are essential. This is a full-time office position with a pay range of $19–$29 per hour, located in Malvern, PA, within Philips’ broader health technology organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years in customer service and/or product support
- experience in call center or Salesforce a plus
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
