Job Summary
Reconcile patient payments and billed units while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Manage insurance verification, benefits administration, and prior authorizations to ensure seamless care access. Process over-the-counter collections and reconcile all charges on a weekly and monthly basis. Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments. This full-time role offers a pay range of $19-$21/hr with performance incentives, PTO, and race fee reimbursement at a USA Today Top Workplace physical therapy practice.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
