Job Summary
Reconcile patient payments and billed units while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Manage insurance verification, benefits administration, and prior authorizations. Coordinate physician referrals and optimize schedules. Process over-the-counter collections and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly. Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments. Full-time position with a pay range of $16-19/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
