Patient Services Coordinator - Outbound responsible for driving lead generation and converting inquiries into new patient appointments, maintaining a high 80% conversion rate, and meeting sales targets. Duties include calling prospects and patients per protocol, scheduling via NextGen with accurate demographics and insurance info, following the approved recall plan, expanding patient outreach, and ensuring daily task completion. The role emphasizes effective communication, organization, and a weekday schedule (11:30 AM–8 PM EST) in a hybrid environment with potential in Greenbelt, MD, and the surrounding clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have sales experience (especially in inside/outbound contexts), strong customer-service skills, and bilingual ability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience including demonstrated ability to convert leads
- Inside sales experience is a plus
- Four years of experience delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Bilingual strongly preferred
