Job Summary
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new patient business and maintain an 80% conversion rate of inquiry calls to PVN's. Execute a lead generation plan by identifying targeted leads, calling prospects who did not convert, and following the approved call protocol for patients needing ablation follow-ups or recall plan appointments. Ensure proper input of demographics and insurance information into NextGen while scheduling new patients and securing additional appointments as prescribed by the Doctor in the treatment plan. Call internet inquiries and no-shows/cancellations daily to meet or exceed sales objectives. Work a consistent weekday schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST with no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience, to include demonstrated experience successfully converting sales leads
- Four years of experience delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Desired Qualifications
- Inside sales experience a plus
- Bilingual strongly preferred
