Job Summary
Patient Services Coordinator for US Fertility (RMA of New York Long Island) responsible for front-desk operations, patient interactions, appointment scheduling, chart preparation, collecting payments, and verifying insurance; contribute to a compassionate, efficient patient experience and support collaboration with physicians and teams to ensure accurate and timely administrative care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree required
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong verbal and reading skills
- Basic familiarity with computers and office devices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Medical office experience is a plus
- Interest in reproductive medicine a must
