Job Summary
Patient Services Coordinator at CORA Physical Therapy responsible for welcoming patients, building rapport, screening calls, verifying insurance benefits, explaining financial responsibilities (co-pays/deductibles/co-insurance), managing referrals and prescriptions, scanning documents into patient files, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming clinic environment. Requires excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time-management skills; Spanish fluency preferred. Outpatient clinic setting with emphasis on empathetic patient interactions and efficient front-desk operations. Location is Tampa, FL; role is in-person with multi-site responsibilities and benefits package commonly offered based on employment type.
Required Qualifications

- Recent customer service experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Reliable, honest, and adaptable in fast-paced team environments
- Preferred: Experience in a healthcare office, familiarity with basic medical terminology, and fluency in Spanish.
