Job Summary

As a Patient Services Coordinator at CORA, you’ll greet patients warmly and build rapport through in-person and phone interactions, screen and answer calls, verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities, manage incoming physician referrals and prescriptions, scan insurance cards and relevant paperwork, collect co-pays and deductibles, and maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment while following CDC guidelines. You’ll need a high school diploma or GED, recent customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Fluency in Spanish is required (preferred to be fluent). Healthcare-office experience, familiarity with basic medical terminology, and fluency in Spanish are listed as preferred qualifications.
