Job Summary
Patient Services Coordinator role at CORA Physical Therapy focused on front-desk administrative support in outpatient clinics. Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling in-person and phone interactions, screening and forwarding calls, verifying insurance benefits and communicating financial responsibilities (co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance), managing referrals and prescriptions, scanning insurance and ID cards into patient files, collecting co-pays and balances, and maintaining a clean, welcoming clinic environment while following CDC guidelines.
