Job Summary

Screen calls, take messages, and relay information while verifying insurance benefits and advising patients on financial responsibilities. Scan paperwork into files, collect co-pays and deductibles, balance daily collections, and submit charges to the Clinic Manager. Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment by sanitizing spaces according to CDC guidelines. Requires recent customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
