Job Summary
Patient Services Coordinator at CORA Physical Therapy — front-desk and administrative role in outpatient therapy clinics. Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling in-person and phone interactions, screening and relaying messages, verifying insurance benefits and communicating financial responsibilities (co-pays/deductibles/co-insurance), managing physician referrals and prescriptions, scanning insurance/ID cards into patient files, collecting co-pays and balances, and maintaining a clean, welcoming clinic environment per CDC guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or GED, recent customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Preferred experience in a healthcare office, familiarity with basic medical terminology, and fluency in Spanish.
