Job Summary
Patient Services Coordinator handles high-volume inbound calls from new and existing patients, schedules appointments based on availability, documents interactions in the system, and supports patient needs across procedures, locations, and next steps. Uses Five9 and EMR platforms, aims to convert inquiries to scheduled appointments, maintain patient retention, and meet KPIs. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with weekday-only shifts and no nights or weekends; duties include call management, scheduling, data accuracy, outbound follow-ups, and team collaboration to support daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms
- Spanish preferred
