Handle high-volume inbound calls from new and existing patients using Five9; schedule new patient appointments; maintain strong conversion from inquiry to scheduled appointments; document all interactions accurately in EMR systems; provide clear, patient-focused information regarding procedures, locations, and next steps; identify opportunities to assist patients with additional services; conduct outbound follow-ups and rescheduling as needed; collaborate with supervisors and leadership to support daily operations; meet or exceed KPIs and quality standards; Spanish preferred for enhanced patient communication.
