Job Summary
Patient Services Associate responsible for managing a structured, schedule-driven daily caseload from check-in to session close within Serenity’s appointment-based treatment programs. You will welcome and orient clients, maintain a calm professional presence, operate proprietary treatment technology according to step-by-step clinical protocols with full paid training, document session notes and update client records accurately, and maximize client retention to ensure completion of the full course of treatment. The role emphasizes exceptional client service, attention to detail, and consistent processes across a premium service standard. Training is fully provided, and compensation ranges from $25–$30/hour with comprehensive benefits. Colorado-based position with Denver-area location(s).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a premium client-facing or customer service role such as luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, spa, country clubs & memberships
