Job Summary
Provide patient services in a structured, appointment-based treatment program, owning the client experience from check-in through session close. Build relationships with clients, welcome and orient them to sessions, operate proprietary treatment technology under clinical protocols with full paid training, and document session notes to update client records. Maintain a calm, professional presence, maximize client retention to complete the full course of treatment, and keep a clean, organized environment. Requires a service background and strong attention to detail, with 2+ years in a premium client-facing role.
