Patient Services Associate - Float Pool

Coordinate patient support services including answering calls, greeting visitors, registering patients, updating demographics in the EMR, and handling co-pay collections. Manage check-out processes by scheduling return visits, providing after-visit summaries, and ordering follow-up tests while documenting all activities. Handle administrative tasks such as routing mail, scheduling appointments, requesting referrals, and reconciling daily cash drawers. Monitor patient wait times and notify staff of excessive delays. Travel may be required to accommodate staffing levels at other clinical facilities. High school diploma and one year of customer service experience required.
