Job Summary
Patient Services & Compliance role supporting both front desk and back office operations to ensure a smooth, compliant, and professional patient experience. Responsibilities include insurance verification and billing support, payer-compliant processing, maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling and managing patient flow, HIPAA compliance, handling intake paperwork, and contributing to clinic marketing events when needed. Opportunity to support front desk, back office, and occasional marketing efforts with strong emphasis on organization, communication, and following detailed protocols. Travel to annual SuperCamp training (~1x/year) included. Preferred: healthcare/insurance verification experience; willingness to learn insurance procedures; Spanish-speaking a plus.
