Job Summary
Ensure patient meal selections are as close to mealtime as possible by adjusting options to diet restrictions with patient knowledge. Update and correct patient-selected menus using the assigned dietitian's guide to avoid errors, while describing ingredients and features of all menu items. Perform data entry of patient food preferences into the Patient Services Software Platform and use the EPIC Platform as directed. Report to the Manager Patient Services or designee to perform a variety of duties ensuring customer and patient satisfaction. Work day and evening shifts with weekend and holiday rotation as needed at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- Weekend and holiday rotation as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED plus additional courses or training or the equivalent knowledge or experience preferred
