Job Summary
Patient Services Advocate responsible for greeting patients upon arrival and guiding them through registration, answering calls, verifying insurance, collecting payments, managing patient queues and wait times, collecting feedback, recording charges and deposits, and performing daily reconciliation to support accurate billing in CareSpot’s Florida urgent care locations. Requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm in busy environments, and prior medical front office or healthcare customer service experience; BLS certification and AHCA background clearance are required or preferred. The role emphasizes compassionate, authentic, respectful, and empowering patient interactions to deliver a high-quality patient experience from check-in to check-out.
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification
- Minimum two years’ experience in customer service and medical front office setting (preferred)
- Ability to pass Level II background screening and AHCA clearance
