Job Summary
Welcome and attend to the needs of all patients while creating a positive front office experience by managing expectations with compassion and respect. Assist the health care team in delivering patient-focused care through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires a high school diploma, one to two years of customer service experience, and valid BLS certification. Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese is strongly preferred. Earn $25.00 - $29.38 hourly with access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403(b) matching, and paid CME days. Work as part of AltaMed's diverse team serving over 400,000 patients in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid BLS certification or higher following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist
