Job Summary
Welcome and attend to the needs of all patients while creating a positive front office experience by managing expectations with compassion and respect. Assist in the delivery of patient-focused care by demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills as a member of the health care team. This role serves as an AltaMed ambassador within our Federally Qualified Health Center, supporting a diverse team dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality health care to over 400,000 patients in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist
- Valid BLS certification or higher following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines
