Job Summary
As a Patient Services Advocate II at AltaMed, you will welcome patients and manage front office needs to create a positive patient experience, support the health care team with patient-focused communication and problem-solving, and contribute to the delivery of quality care in a diverse, community-focused setting. Key duties include greeting and attending to patients, facilitating front desk operations, coordinating patient flow, and leveraging strong communication to set expectations and provide compassionate service. The role benefits from bilingual abilities (English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred) and requires a High School diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience, plus BLS certification. Required Qualifications
