Patient Service Technician (PST)

Job Summary
Drive for a significant portion of the day performing deliveries, set-ups, service, maintenance, pick-ups, and exchange orders while coordinating with branch staff and patients. Educate customers on proper equipment use and safety, then process all orders timely with complete documentation and paperwork. Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and vehicles, ensuring daily cleaning of delivery vehicles and maintaining a good driving record. Provide daily account reconciliations, manage physical assets, and conduct warehouse tasks like inventory counting and stocking. Assume on-call responsibilities during nights and weekends as assigned. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies including DOT, OSHA, and FDA requirements. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with a high school diploma and valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid, state-issued driver's license with a good driving record.
- Able to safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle for a considerable portion of the work day.
Desired Qualifications
- One year of delivery experience is preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Mechanically and technically inclined.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Able to use technology and software efficiently.
- Professionally postured in both behavior and physical appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; respectful and polite in all interactions.
- Able to physically lift, carry, and move up to 150 lbs.
