Patient Service Specialist

Greet patients, answer phones, and manage electronic scheduling while verifying personal and financial information. Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records, perform data entry, and handle faxing and filing. Clean equipment and assist Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapy Assistants during patient care. Train and mentor other Patient Service Specialists. This role coordinates the flow of patients between check-in, treatment, and check-out for Comprehensive Therapy and Rehab, ensuring efficient service delivery across the clinical office and administrative functions.
