Job Summary
Patient Service Specialist responsibilities include assisting with training and ongoing scheduling support for patient support agents, conducting QA and schedule auditing to ensure accurate information and strong customer service, maintaining demographics and insurance eligibility in the E.H.R., professionally answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments through the E.H.R., responding to inquiries about services, sending messages to clinical staff, and forwarding calls for triage. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of call center/customer service experience, proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and experience with training in individual or small group settings. Required Qualifications
