Job Summary
Patient Service Specialist responsible for assisting with training and ongoing scheduling support for TrueCare’s patient support agents, conducting QA and schedule auditing to ensure accurate information and high customer service, and maintaining demographic and insurance eligibility in TrueCare’s EHR. The role also involves professionally answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments through the EHR, addressing questions about services, sending messages to clinical staff, and forwarding calls for triage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with training in individual or small group settings on processes and workflows
