Patient Service Specialist PRN-Franklin and Spring Hill

Conduct patient check-in and check-out, coordinate follow-up appointments and procedures, and schedule surgeries through clinical communication systems. Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, process insurance updates, and handle cash management while guiding complex patients through multi-service scheduling or outside facility coordination. Ensure all administrative tasks, including referrals, pre-certs, and clinical documentation, are received and ready prior to patient visits. Provide positive first impressions using customer service skills and navigate routine problems with occasional guidance.
