Patient Service Specialist- Float/Split

Greet and register patients, provide visit expectations and appointment details, and collect co-pays while managing payer approvals and insurance authorizations. Schedule appointments in person and via phone, and maintain regular communication with insurance companies, translation services, market operational leaders, and the business development team. This float position requires flexibility between 7 A.M. and 7 P.M. Monday through Friday, with compensation starting at $19 per hour and potential increases based on experience. The role supports the outpatient physical therapy center's goal of delivering an exceptional patient experience from the front desk.
