Job Summary
Greet and register patients, provide visit expectations, and manage check-out information. Schedule appointments in person and via phone while collecting co-pays. Communicate regularly with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation firms, market operational leaders, and the business development team. Handle payer approvals, manage insurance authorizations, and conduct verifications. This float role requires travel between multiple locations including Queen Creek, AZ, with a Monday-Friday schedule. Full-time positions offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, plus a 401(k) matching program.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 Year of Medical Office Experience
- Insurance Verification Experience
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout a work day/shift
- Appropriate manual dexterity to enable typing (including 10-key) throughout a work day/shift
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs, safely, from ground to waist using proper body mechanics
- Ability to carry office supplies up to 10lbs
- Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people and understand written direction
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations
- Flexibility with time and location needs
