Job Summary
Greet patients and serve as the first point of contact for the Urology team at the Tooele location. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, accurately collecting and recording patient demographic and insurance information, and communicating clearly with patients, providers, and staff. Requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, proficient computer skills, and the ability to work in English (bilingual a plus). High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office experience preferred. The role is full-time with a 40-hour workweek and includes benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical office preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills
- Team-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
