Patient Service Representative (PSR)

Update patient information, provide required forms, and obtain signatures. Prepare charts for clinical sessions, ensuring lab results, history & physicals, and other documentation are current. Schedule patients for appointments, including consultations and diagnostics, and arrange transportation or interpreters as needed. Verify insurance eligibility and provide telephone coverage while utilizing customer service practices for all callers. Respond expeditiously to patient requests to maintain efficient clinical flow and contribute to professional communication with team members regarding patient care and operations. Maintain awareness of protocol changes and competency on applicable computer systems.
