Job Summary
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for performing patient registration functions, confirming appointments, updating demographic information, and verifying insurance. This role includes answering incoming calls, collecting co-pays, balancing receipts, notifying staff of patient arrivals, resolving insurance issues, and assisting with insurance enrollment. The position requires bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish and a high school diploma or GED. Ideal candidates should have training in a medical or administrative field and strong computer and communication skills.
