Patient Service Representative

Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, providers, and internal teams via phone, email, help desk, and in person. Coordinate and confirm delivery orders for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and IV supplies, while obtaining patient supply orders and assisting families with ongoing equipment needs. Obtain and maintain physician orders, documentation, and accurate patient account information. Support new patient referrals, complete DME intake activities, and resolve service concerns with internal teams. Complete outbound calls, follow-up activities, and participate in an on-call rotation as required. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, PHS policies, and electronic health record requirements. Work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
