Patient Service Representative

Provide patient service support in pediatric home health, including creating and confirming Durable Medical Equipment delivery tickets, handling inquiries via help desk, phone, email, or face-to-face interactions, maintaining patient accounts, processing mail and orders, coordinating courier services, assisting with new patient referrals, addressing billing and service-related complaints, and ensuring HIPAA/EHR compliance. The role is full-time with in-office training and a hybrid work schedule thereafter.
