Patient Service Representative

Patient Service Representative needed in Roseville, MN to join a pediatric home health team. You will create and confirm DME delivery tickets, handle inquiries via help desk, phone, email, or in person, maintain patient accounts, process mail and orders, coordinate courier services and referrals, address billing and service-related complaints, and uphold HIPAA and EHR compliance. Requires high school diploma or 1-6 months of related experience/training; DME intake/admissions experience is preferred; Brightree EHR experience is a plus. The role is full-time with training in-office and a hybrid schedule afterward. Salary range is $20.66-$23.00 per hour (annualized to approximately $42,973–$47,840), with benefits including PTO, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and professional development opportunities.
