Patient Service Representative (Part-Time)

Greet and assist patients in a friendly, supportive manner while checking them in for appointments and scanning documents into charts. Collect and post copayments and outstanding balances, balancing the cash drawer daily, and inform patients of care costs. Assess walk-in traffic for potential emergencies and communicate patient needs to clinical staff. Answer phones professionally, route calls appropriately, and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Keep reception and waiting areas clean and sanitized while providing coverage for medical records and prior authorizations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
