Job Summary
Front desk Patient Service Representative responsible for patient check-in, insurance verification, pre-registration, and fee collection, coordinating with back-office staff. Duties include obtaining and scanning documents, explaining costs, collecting copayments and balances, maintaining patient records and confidentiality, answering calls, keeping reception area clean, and supporting pre-admission, admission, transfer, and discharge activities. Requires high school education and at least 1 year of customer service experience; in-person, part-time role in a clinic setting.
