Job Summary
Greet patients and visitors efficiently, manage check-in and checkout processes, and answer high-volume phone calls to schedule appointments across multiple provider schedules. Verify demographic information, maintain provider schedules, and monitor EMR items for patient result follow-ups. Keep the lobby orderly, ensure patients complete required documents, and update the provider board while managing cancellations and FMLA forms. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no nights or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hearing within, or correctable to, normal range
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Manual dexterity for the operation of office equipment
- Requirements may include working irregular hours
