Patient Service Representative - North Shore Spaulding Outpatient Centers

Per Diem Patient Service Representative role performing both administrative and clinical-support tasks to facilitate smooth clinical operations. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, greeting and assisting patients, handling check-in/check-out processes, processing patient billing forms and scanning documents to the patient record, obtaining and distributing medical records and lab results, managing registrations and inquiries, and supporting patient flow within a physician practice or clinical office. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 0-1 year healthcare office experience; proficiency with Office Suite and effective written communication; strong time-management and organizational skills; familiarity with coordinating routine administrative duties and handling routine patient-related tasks.
