Job Summary
Patient Service Representative responsible for greeting and registering patients, managing front desk workflows, answering phones, and performing clerical tasks including Epic charting, scanning, faxing, and document handling. Schedule appointments, procedures, and testing; provide timely estimates and Good Faith Estimates. Monitor provider schedules, coordinate with staff to ensure clinic flow, maintain accurate registrations and EHRs, handle patient concerns, manage cash drawer and accounts receivable tasks, and support EPIC updates and clinic communications. Maintain a safe, clean reception area while adhering to privacy and infection control policies. Requires knowledge of medical terminology, insurance and billing processes, and strong customer service with attention to detail.
