Patient Service Representative (Medical Receptionist)

Job Summary
Greet patients and visitors while managing front-office operations, collecting and organizing patient and business documents, and verifying insurance eligibility. Determine and collect financial responsibility, analyze payment policies, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA waived laboratory requirements. Assist the practice manager and providers with daily workflows, operate medical equipment, and oversee quality assurance programs. Travel to other University Hospitals Urgent Care locations as needed to support staffing and operational needs. Full-time 3-day/12-hour shifts (8 AM - 8 PM) with no overnight rotations; medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits available.
