Patient Service Representative @ Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Homestead

Greet and acknowledge patients upon arrival and dismissal, responding to questions and concerns per DCA Policies. Answer telephones, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain the appointment book while following up on no-shows and cancellations. Register patients on sign-in sheets, post charges and payments to accounts, and check voicemail daily. Keep the waiting area clean and friendly. This role supports all staff and patients in a team-based environment focused on personalized oral care.
