Patient Service Representative @ Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Homestead

Greet and acknowledge patients upon arrival and dismissal, responding to their questions and concerns according to DCA Policies. Answer telephones, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain the appointment book while following up on no-shows and cancellations. Register patients on the sign-in sheet, post charges and payments to patient accounts, and check voicemail daily. Keep the waiting area clean and friendly. This role supports all staff members and patients in a team-based environment focused on providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm, welcoming setting.
