Job Summary
Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures, manage check-ins and outs, and answer multiple phone lines. Assist with authorizations and verifications, provide accurate information to the billing office, and ensure patient data entered into the system is complete. Process requests and file patient records while verifying insurance details. This entry-level role requires 1-4 years of medical office experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle heavy patient volume. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a differential for hours after 6 pm. Join American Health Imaging's team across 185 outpatient centers in 13 states.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
