Patient Service Representative

Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures, assist with authorizations and verifications, and check in and out patients. Answer multiple phone lines while providing accurate information to the billing office and verifying insurance details. Ensure accuracy of patient data entered into the system and process requests for filing of patient records. This role supports Lumexa Imaging's outpatient imaging centers by handling heavy patient volume and multi-tasking in a medical office setting.
